This is a language they use in the Final Fantasy X and Final Fantasy X-2 games. It's called Al'Bhed and works merely by substituting the letters from english. The translating scheme is below.
I figured the translation from the game, but the phonetics are taken from a website and I'm not sure how they should be used... Here is an example:
"I can take you to the hole" - "E lyh diga oui du dra ruma"
In the game, "lyh" is pronounced "liu" and "oui" is pronounced "ui", though in this sentence the "oui" was left out from the speech. Learning this language would be useful if you wanna play FFX or FFX-2 and you wanna understand everything without having to finish the game and get all the "al'bhed primers" that translate the language ingame. Here is an online translator if you find it hard to get acquainted

Invented languages may look strange in printed word and verbal form, but these came from certified linguists (who study languages...young ones, learn new words and get school credit!) and knew to create new artificial languages in line of pronounciation to sound like a real one both readable, audible and can be spoken by humans (for example, the acclaimed "Klingon" on Star Trek has a dictionary for curious fans).
