Not all of Alex's humor comes from her clumsiness. She's also the only spy with a healthy sense of humor. Sam's too serious and Clover's too full of herself (arrogant), Alex is willing to crack a joke every now and again.

Clover: It's UPWATI time.
Alex: (Smiling mischeviously) Up-whatey?
Clover: Don't even start with that.

Clover: I know, let's play "I Spy"
Alex: (Drolly) Like we don't do that every day...

Alex: (Sneaking up to a field of solemn looking people banging on Native American drums and dancing around) Peace, love, and groovy times baby.

Alex: (Upon Jerry introducing the CATS) As long as it's litterbox trained.

Not to mention her collection of nailfiles. They may only mention it in one episode as a gag (Evil Boyfriend) but she really does randomly pull nailfiles out of nowhere in several other episodes. "Evil Hair Salon" and "Fugitives" being two I can name off the top of my head. Maybe later I'll have a marathon and make a list of Nailfile appearances. That should prove amusing.

So yeah... Alex.
